‘Sumos’ Premium Belgian Waffle Mix 1pk / 1kgEggs (Grade B) 6 pcsWater 1100mlFlavor (Coconut) 1 pump/10m

Method

Mix all ingredient with mixer at a low speed for 1 minute, then to high speed for 15 minutes to get an evenly mixed mixtureScoop the mixture prepared in step 1 into a plastic container/tubSet the waffle maker to 180 deg. CStir and apply the mixture onto the waffle maker and bake for 5 minutes. The surface of the waffle will turn golden brown once it is done.Cool the waffle with swinging method at least 3 times
