Ingredient and Method of Cooking
- ‘Sumos’ Premium Belgium Waffle Mix 1pk
- Eggs (Grade B) 8 pcs
- Water 1200ml
- Flavor (Coconut) 1 pump/10ml
- Cooking Oil 100ml
Method
- Mix all ingredient with mixer at a low speed for 1 minute, then to high speed for 15 minutes to get an evenly mixed mixture
- Scoop the mixture prepared in step 1 into a plastic container/tub
- Set the waffle maker to 180 deg. C
- Stir and apply the mixture onto the waffle maker and bake for 5 minutes. The surface of the waffle will turn golden brown once it is done.
- Cool the waffle with swinging method at least 3 times
