Golden Egg Waffle Ingredients

  1. Egg Bubble Waffle Mix 1pkt/2 kg
  2. Egg (grade B) 16 pcs
  3. Water 1600 ml
  4. Cooking Oil 100 ml
Method of Cooking
  • Add mix to water and eggs, beat the mixture until even
  • Add oil to mixture and mix well, the batter is ready to use
  • Set Egg Bubble Waffle Machine to 180 deg.c and cook for 4 to 5 minutes
  • Remove from Machine and swing for at least 3 times for cooling down
