500g Sumo’s Crispy Golden Egg Waffle
56g Eggs
510ml Water
56ml Oil
Procedure
Preheat the waffle plate at 175°C for 5mins
Use 56g and beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Until the yolk and the white is well combined.
In another bowl, add 500g of Sumo’s Crispy Golden Egg Premix.
Add 510ml of water and 56ml of oil into the mixture.
Add the beaten eggs into the mixture.
Beat the mixture until the batter is evenly mixed.
Pour the batter onto the waffle plate at 175°C at 6 mins until golden brown and crispy.
Cool the waffle and shape it according to your liking.
