Ingredients

  • 500g Sumo’s Crispy Golden Egg Waffle 

  • 56g Eggs

  • 510ml Water

  • 56ml Oil

Procedure

  • Preheat the waffle plate at 175°C for 5mins

  • Use 56g and beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Until the yolk and the white is well combined.

  • In another bowl, add 500g of Sumo’s Crispy Golden Egg Premix.

  • Add 510ml of water and 56ml of oil into the mixture.

  • Add the beaten eggs into the mixture.

  • Beat the mixture until the batter is evenly mixed.

  • Pour the batter onto the waffle plate at 175°C at 6 mins until golden brown and crispy.

  • Cool the waffle and shape it according to your liking.
