500g Sumo’s Crispy Waffle Premix
250g Eggs
550ml Water
25ml Oil
Chicken Nuggets
Maple Syrup/Honey
Procedure
Preheat the waffle plate at 180°C for 5mins
Use 150g and beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Until the yolk and the white is well combined.
In another bowl, add 500g of Sumo’s Crispy Waffle Premix.
Add 550ml of water and 25ml of oil into the mixture.
Add the beaten eggs into the mixture.
Beat the mixture until the batter is evenly mixed. You shall get a thick liquid consistency.
Take a chicken nugget and stick onto the skewer.
Dip the chicken nugget in the waffle batter and place it onto the waffle plate at 180°C at 8 mins.
Remove the golden and crispy chicken nugget waffle with tongs
Place it on a plate. Drizzle it with maple syrup or honey. Or enjoy it with any dipping sauce of your liking.
