500g Sumo’s Belgian Waffle Premix
150g Eggs
550ml Water
Ice cream of your liking
Strawberry
Sumo’s Chocolate Syrup
Procedure
Preheat the waffle plate at 180°C for 5mins
Use 150g and beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Until the yolk and the white is well combined.
In another bowl, add 500g of Sumo’s Belgian Waffle Premix and add 550ml of water.
Add the beaten eggs into the mixture.
Use mixer and mix slow speed for 1 minute until the batter
At a medium speed continue to mix for 4 minutes until it is evenly mixed.
Remove the waffle using tongs.
Scoop an ice cream of your liking and place it on the Belgium waffle.
Drizzle some Sumo’s Chocolate Syrup.
Decorate with a few strawberries and you are ready to enjoy it!
