Ingredients

  • 500g Sumo’s Belgian Waffle Premix

  • 150g Eggs

  • 550ml Water

  • Ice cream of your liking

  • Strawberry

  • Sumo’s Chocolate Syrup

Procedure

  • Preheat the waffle plate at 180°C for 5mins

  • Use 150g and beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Until the yolk and the white is well combined.

  • In another bowl, add 500g of Sumo’s Belgian Waffle Premix and add 550ml of water.

  • Add the beaten eggs into the mixture.

  • Use mixer and mix slow speed for 1 minute until the batter

  • At a medium speed continue to mix for 4 minutes until it is evenly mixed.

  • Remove the waffle using tongs.

  • Scoop an ice cream of your liking and place it on the Belgium waffle.

  • Drizzle some Sumo’s Chocolate Syrup.

  • Decorate with a few strawberries and you are ready to enjoy it!
