500g Sumo’s Crispy Waffle Premix
250g Eggs
550ml Water
25ml Oil
- Chicken
1piece Chicken Breast
7g Salt
7g Sugar
7g Black Pepper
7g Garlic Powder
7g Ground Cumin
7g Chili Powder
20ml Oil
10ml Lime Juice
1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
1 Piece Cucumber
1 Bowl Salad
1 Piece Tomato
1 Piece Onion
Procedure
- Chicken
Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make four, thin cutlets.
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic, ground cumin, and chili powder.
Toss the chicken breasts with the mixed seasoning and 2 tablespoons of oil and some lime juice.
Let the chicken marinate for 20 to 30 minutes in the fridge
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, then add the sliced red onion.
Grill the chicken over medium to medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
While the chicken is still hot, take a slice of cheese and place it on the chicken.
- Waffle
Preheat the waffle plate at 180°C for 5mins
Use 150g and beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Until the yolk and the white is well combined.
In another bowl, add 500g of Sumo’s Crispy Waffle Premix.
Add 550ml of water and 25ml of oil into the mixture.
Add the beaten eggs into the mixture.
Beat the mixture until the batter is evenly mixed. You shall get a thick liquid consistency.
Once the waffle plate is ready, pour 150g of batter and pour onto the plate at 180°C at 4.5mins.
Remove the golden and crispy chicken nugget waffle with tongs
Take the crispy delicious chicken and place it in between the waffles.
Put salad, tomatoes, cucumber, pickle any vegetables of your liking onto patty.
Drizzle some hot sauce and mayo or any sauce you prefer.
Plate it up and you are ready to enjoy it!
