Steps To Mix Sumo’s Soft-Serve Ice Cream
1. Soft Serve Ice Cream Powder 1 pkt (1.5kg)
2. Water 3700ml
Add the soft-serve ice cream powder to water and mix it using an electric mixer ate medium speed for 5 minutes. Allow the mixture to sit for 20 minutes before putting in to the ice cream machine.
