Ingredients

  • 500g Sumo’s Crispy Waffle Premix

  • 150g Eggs

  • 550ml Water

  • 25ml Oil

  • String Cheese

  • Maple Syrup / Honey

Procedure

  • Preheat the waffle plate at 180°C for 5mins

  • Use 150g and beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Until the yolk and the white is well combined.

  • In another bowl, add 500g of Sumo’s Crispy Waffle Premix.

  • Add 550ml of water and 25ml of oil into the mixture.

  • Add the beaten eggs into the mixture.

  • Beat the mixture until the batter is evenly mixed. You shall get a thick liquid consistency.

  • Remove the plastic from the string cheese and stick onto the skewer.

  • Dip the string cheese in the waffle batter and place it onto the waffle plate at 180°C at 1 min.

  • Remove the golden and crispy cheesy waffle with tongs.

  • Place it on a plate. Drizzle it with maple syrup or honey.
